We work on three levels – mind, body, and emotions.

Talking alone often isn’t enough. That’s why emotional release happens faster and more effectively because it’s tailored to you.

This is a gentle, guided 60-minute session.

You don’t need to prepare.

I guide you through emotional and body-based techniques that help your system release what it’s been carrying.

We work at your pace.
Nothing is forced.

You stay in control throughout.

1 First session – A deep, honest conversation

🔸 We explore what’s really going on beneath the surface

🔸 I ask questions that help you connect the past with the present

🔸 If emotions come up, we work gently

🔸 Together we decide the next steps, whether that’s more clarity, more release, or both.

2 Ongoing sessions – Emotional release and healing

We use what fits your story and goals. This may include:

• Inner child work – soothing and healing past emotional wounds

• Regression therapy – revisiting key memories to shift how they affect you now

• Parts therapy – helping different parts of you (like the inner critic or protector) feel seen and safe

• EFT tapping – reducing emotional intensity and calming the nervous system

• Hypnotherapy – changing deep-rooted patterns and beliefs

• Somatic tools – releasing stress from the body

• Guided writing or visualisations – grounding the new beliefs

3 Integration – Making the change last

🔸 You’ll get simple tools for daily life tapping routines, reflection prompts, or guided audio. This work doesn’t end in the room.

🔸 I may send you custom recordings between sessions

🔸 You can message me if you feel stuck or want to share progress

🔸 You’ll feel the changes in your everyday life.
